"I went into the cab office personally to get a cab, and the controller was asleep. I stood there for a minute until she realised I was standing there. I then asked for a cab and she said no cabs available without even checking properly. Usually have a good service with these guys however I have never ever come across someone sleeping on their job."

Even though we booked an airport run we was told we had to wait a further 2-3 hours for our booked cab. We were given another cab company as their own car had broke down but the other company were just as bad"

"A driver didn't turn. I booked a cab to airaport at 3:45AM. In the office I was told that they would not do anything about it and locked doors in front of me. NOT RELIABLE COMPANY. I contacted a manager. It is happened 7 days ago. He have not replyed to me yet. I have recorded conversation with a receptionist. Nobody was swearing or shouting. NOT RELIABLE AND LIARS."

"Bad customer service ! I booked a car for £60 with a girl operator 2 nights before for airport pick ups , she confirmed everything and i rang again and spoke to a male operator to re confirm after 2 days he was so rude, he changed the price from £60 to £70 and when i was clearly telling him i dont want to pay more than £60 and was willing to accept the service worth of £60 ! dont use this cab service ! they will eventually try to get more money of you and when u refuse the male operator start arguing on the phone! Is my relatives coming or ur relatives? so u doushbag operator from St James Cars Walthamstow keep ur opinions to yourself! this cab company trick people to get more money off them! Dont use them"

"Booked a cab to stansted for 4 people and a baby. I Tolded controller that I have 4 luggages plus a pram. I said I need a 7 seater to fit it all in. He told me it would be £37.00. Cab comes but it's a estate car. I rang up and spoke to the controller who said he assumed it would be big enough. I then Have to wait almost 40 mins for the 7 seater. The cab driver then tells me it's £50!!! I spoke to the controller again who then tells me it's up to me weather I use his cab or not and that's the price , bearing in mind I've got no option to get in the cab as I will be late for my flight. Do not use this cab office!! They trick you with initial cheap prices and then leave you with no option. What a way to make a living!!"
