"Explained to controller that there will be 4 people travelling. Cab person Khalid arrived and upon arrival was having a stand off road rage on the road with another driver. My elderly mother had to calm both drivers down so we could actually move on. Khalid then told us off and said why didn’t we tell the controller we are 4 passengers and I said we did tell the controller. He didn’t allow anyone to sit at the front and child had to sit on lap, 4 of us in the back, which is against the law and khalid proceeded to speed on humps on road making for a painful journey and very uncomfortable. Unprofessional and rude driver. Will never use again."
