"0 stars if I could. Should have read the reviews. Booked 4.15am taxi several days in advance, called them the day before to confirm. No show. Unable to give a replacement in the moment. Ended up waiting for an Uber. AVOID unless you are into stressing out about making your flight or not!"

"Booked a cab more than a day in advance for an airport pickup. My flight was delayed by 30mins. Driver didn’t show and no messages were left on my phone so obviously no attempt was made to reach me. I provided my flight number so they could track it’s status. Called them up on arrival and the operator didn’t know where the cab was, or if it had been and left. Offered no apology and put the phone down on me. Some are claiming they received updates of where their driver was and a picture of their driver. None of this was provided to me, not even a booking confirmation text. Pathetic service."

"4am Airport Transfer booked over 24 hrs in advance, and double checked time with and address with a call the night before. 4:05, no sign, told 3-4 minutes. Then I get a confirmation text from Station Cars with drivers details. I call station cars, told 3-4 minutes. Call them again at 4:17, told 30 seconds away. Called by driver at 4:18, he's at a different address, but telling me my postcode. 4:19, booking a Uber. Thought that booking a local firm, half a mile from my house, might have been a simple process."
