"Was I formed a cab was coming called at 6:40am for 730am pick up. Did not receive a confirmation text. Called to confirm cab was actually coming, was told it was. 7:33 no cab. Called to ask where cab was and was told no drivers. So unprofessional. No communication that my cab wasn’t coming until I reached out. Left me having to use Uber and being late for work."

"Tried to book a cab for me at 12pm last week Sunday. Chased them up and called them about 4 times to confirm the cab as no link or confirmation was sent me. The cab was meant to be coming at 17:30 however when I called to check where the cab was the operator kept telling me to wait 2/3 min. Called them about 6 times and I got told to wait again and at the end they told us they had no drivers. Why take peoples money if you know that haven’t got the staff for it?! Currently still waiting for my refund"

"I booked the cab last night to pick me up from the Renault showroom at 8:15 in the morning, so that I can get back home for 8:30 meeting. They called me at 8:15 on the dot to tell me they don’t have a driver. Incredibly unprofessional! Just left me there hanging and did not care in any way to try and resolve this situation. Luckily I managed to get an Uber, which was actually about a third cheaper! So the summary is that they are overpriced, unreliable and unprofessional."

"Lastnight i booked a taxi for 6.20 AM explaining i can not be late as i have a train to catch at 6.58AM from Bromley south. The taxi driver didnt inform me until 6.40 that he will be 5 mins. This is also after i called the company and the operator said he was on his way!! Late for work now. Thanks for nothkng!"
