Once I asked I'd like to have a proof of postage before they start scanning (I thought it would be better to ask before they start doing it for the process to issue it) He got angry at me and rolled his eyes and start making fun of me. I was very upsetting, sad and it was very uncomfortable. Never going to use them again."
