He is like yes yes sorry. During the conversation, he was very rude and he put me on line. It looks like I owe him something. Can’t be tolerated. VERY RUDE!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"The service cancelled a reservation with very little notice for an airport ride, leaving us in a serious lurch. They were polite about it (especially given how frustrated I was on hearing their cancellation), but needless to say, reliability for car reservations is everything."

"Terrible!! I called to get a cab for an elderly gentleman who had just come out of hospital after breaking his hip. I had booked him a cab so he could go and get some money. The driver refused to take him saying he needed payment up front! I can totally understand that drivers get ripped off all the time but honestly how would a 70 year old man on crutches make a speedy escape. Will never use again. Nasty."

"Very bad experience with an aggressive driver who tried to charge more than the company had quoted for my journey and then tried to drive off when I had the door open to get out. Made a complaint over the phone but no one ever called back to offer an explanation or apology. Shockingly bad service. Very interesting that I spoke to "Opu" and one of the few good reviews on here is by the man himself. 5 stars? I don't think so."
