"The driver I had today is called NADEEM very rude and impatient angry man. The pick up time was 2.30pm and he came at 2.14pm rushing me and threatening to leave as he has another pick up at 2.30pm? Can someone pls explain how is that possible if my pick up time is 2.30pm! RIDICULOUS... So, my son and I entered the vehicle and closed the door and this RUDE man just drove off without waiting for us to put on our seat belts racing down a 20mph road cursing. Called the office to make a complaint and they chose to ignore me as they did not want to deal with the matter. They are an unprofessional cab company."

"Rude driver. Was in a massive rush to take q train to the airport and instead of letting me know whilst I was waiting to get into the cab that they only accepted cash, he waited to tell me until we arrived at the train station by just saying "only cash"... He did not help me to put my luggage on the boot and didn't even leave the car when we arrived. He only put his hand out through the window to get his "cash". Never using them again!"
