"Absolutely disgusting service and as for the receptionist wouldn’t even waste my time ever again with them. Family member had a heart operation booked at KCH and called in advance for a taxi (2days) for 7.20am. Taxi turns up at 8am while the receptionist blames the weather the driver informs that it was the office not allocating the job. Payment requested in advance £21. Told that it’s a call centre also. Waiting on a complaint form to be sent by email. Will never again use them as their attitude is terrible and their customer mean little to them. This cab station has been going down hill for a few years now. Never thought I would say this but Use UBER GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME."

"Truly appalling. Made a booking the previous day, received a confirmation and when I called at the booked time to check on the driver’s location - was informed they had not even located a driver and were unable to deliver. No comms even to let us know this."

"Terrible company - do not use. I read some concerning reviews here but thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt..big mistake. Despite me phoning again to reconfirm my booking ahead of an important 6am journey, come 6am and no driver I phoned back and was told that I (?) has phoned at past midnight to cancel which obviously was a complete lie, and now leaves me maybe missing my work trip."

"I wished I viewed the reviews first! Disorganised, unprofessional and a poorly run service. I had booked with them for a wedding, if I didn’t not call in the morning, I would had been late, as they never booked me in; despite the confirmed booking text earlier that week. Progressively it got worse towards the evening, when I needed to get home, I was stranded! Which I was told nothing they could do! Poor communication between the male and female call handler. I will never use this service again. I would advise others to think first, especially if you are going somewhere important. So sad as I was a loyal customer, previously. Not sure if the service has changed owners. However, I will never use again!!!!"

"Worst taxi company I have experienced so far. I was travelling to Australia. On the way in the taxi did not arrive on time. I had to call every 10 minutes to be told he was stuck in the traffic about to arrive. The driver was 40 minutes late and I almost lost my flight. I am now at Heathrow on the way back and the taxi is 20 minutes late (it is 6h30 no traffic today). Not what you would expect after a 23 hours flight.... if you want your taxi to arrive on time book with another company."
