"I have used these people before and they use to be good. Called them to ask for a quote for an airport drop and surprisingly they charged more than all of the taxi apps out there and when I told the late shift telephone operator he disconnected the phone in an attempt to be rude. But that’s fine because I will never do business again with them. They are rude when you don’t agree with their exorbitant prices. Be warned they may disconnect the phone on you if you don’t agree. Disgusting customer service."

"I have ordered a mini cab to Stansted Airport for 4:30 am today. The driver has not arrived at all! I have called the office at around 4:45am no answer, I even went to the office in person as it is very close from my house and it was closed, nobody inside! Is this a 24h service????? Are you Warwick Cars reliable? Although I was using you for years I think you've just lost one customer. Iwanted to write official complaint but no option on your website. You've put me in very stressful situation trying to find another mini cab at 5am and facing being late for my plane!!!!"

"Not going to use this car service again for sure. Driver was sent to the wrong address and the receptionist lied about the driver being 4 mins away, instead the driver turned up around 40 mins late. I called them, overheard the receptionist having a go at the poor driver, calling him an idiot which I didn't think was very professional. We nearly missed our flight!! After the incident, I tried calling them over and over because we didn't want to use their service on our way back, they didn't take my call. Finally I used someone else's phone and what do you know, my call was taken straight away. Funny that! Thank goodness for Uber. With a customer service like that no wonder I'll be using Uber from now on."
