"I started using this company as I started shopping from costco and cos their cards are displayed at Costco, I always book from them. They were nice until they sent me a wrong car and a very rude driver who had no patience. I called back for a replacement and this guy I spoke to in the office was even worse than the driver and even disconnected the phone whilst I was still talking. To be honest, I wouldn't say all of them are rude as well as the drivers, cos the people I started talking to from my start of using them and the drivers were nice and polite, which is why I gave 3stars. Been understanding, respectful and tolerate with ur customers should always be considered."
