"Booked a cab to Stansted Airport for 4.30 in the morning, quoted me £85, they called me at 4.00 to say that the cab driver couldn't come, in a very unapologetic way, and then I called another company CLAPHAM TAXY, the same guy answered and magically a driver could come for £100. They ate scammers don't trust these people!! Worst experience ever!!!"

"We urgently needed a cab during the rail strikes to avoid being stuck at Gatwick and phoned quite last minute. The price was fair and the service charming, efficient and as agreed. I wrote spontaneously to the cab company to celebrate our experience and they asked me to do this review. Thank you for a very decent experience."

"Don't bother using them for your sanity. Horrible services and communication. Unprofessional language. And our driver drove past a red light. After pre-booking our cab, they send you a text for confirmation. In our case, for 11.30pm. At this stage, they failed to send a link for payment. They then chase you, stating you having paid without even sending the link and threatens they won't send a driver if this is not done prior. As we initially was waiting for the link, we then paid hours before we landed. I get a text once I landed that the driver is on its way, but the text was incomplete with slang and without a tracking link. We are exiting the airport. The driver no where to be seen. Because I had no update, no warning, I had to call them to ask where they are. They said their driver broke down and they had to find another, who is 50mins away. So then I said either a discount or cancellation. They were rejecting both. Begging me please not to cancel. And only would give me 90% of my money back if I cancelled. I asked to cancel and hanged up. Another member of their staff rings me again and begs me to wait as they got someone else. And again reject compensating for the hour delay but promised to give us a discount for next time. (As if that could have been trusted) We didn't share our frustration on the driver but the driver did also drove recklessly, passing a red light while a car was turning in and had to beep us. The next day , I rang to speak to their Assistant Manger, who was extremely rude. I was hoping since they were willing to give discount in the future, I could get a partial refund instead. The manager showed no compassion or care for their failures and didn't compile on giving a partial refund for lateness or lack of communication/warning. Stray away from this money sucking company."

"I pre-booked a taxi after the train strikes were announced.(£75) they ring me 20 mins before booking to say that it's now £125. If I agreed to the price difference they would come however if I didn't (which I didn't) they said was too much traffic too send a car. Very unreliable. Don't book if you actually want a taxi. If you agree a price and the circumstances haven't changed (train strikes had already been announced at time of booking hence booking a taxi) then the price shouldn't change like this. Unprofessional and taking advantage."

"Excellent service for the outward drop-off at Gatwick. Timely and efficient. The collection from Gatwick was almost an hour late. Had booked for 14.15pm and when I called the service centre to find out, I was told the booking was for 15.15pm. Checked my booking on the app and it was definitely 14.15, however the lady on the phone was adamant it was 15.15. Felt I couldn't argue. However when the driver turned up at 15:00 the return trip was very pleasant and efficient. If it wasn't for the timing issue, it would be 5/5"
