"Arrived early, driver polite, got me there quickly. Cab booked the day before."
"Car didn't arrive, operator hung up the phone on me. I was told to wait 10-15 minutes, when the taxi did not arrive after 25 I called back and was told that there were no cars available. He said he'd tried to call me back. As I started to say he must have written my number down wrong he hung up on me. The person on the phone had been rude and non-communicative through-out. I will not be calling again."
"Spent the whole time speaking to another person in another language, didnt mind too much, but could have been polite and say he will call him back....then again, I dont know the situation....was pretty rude anyways. Charged me £2 extra for making the quickest stop ever to get cash, on route to my destination! You need to make sure you have cash before you travel...you are not a customer, just a delivery! If you can, go to Metro where you will have a much better experience!"
