"The worse cap services ever! I ordered a cap to the airport this morning. The taxi driver told me he only wants cash no transfer after we got to the airport! He took me round the airport just to get him cash. I eventually missed my flight. It will cost you more to deal with these poor customer service caps! Save your quid from this company!! Terrible!!!"

"THE WORST TAXI SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! We paid for a cab to take us to Heathrow Airport at 5:30 in the morning with 4 big luggages and 2 hand luggages. We were then met with a small car and an unhelpful driver who told us we would have to pay even more money after loading all the luggage into the cab. He then proceeded to tell us that if we didn’t like it we should get an Uber! We were also told that we would be able to pay via bank transfer but this rogue car service apparently only prefers cash, so we were forced to get out and grab some even though we were told me could pay via transfer. The whole ride was extremely uncomfortable and an unfortunate way to start our trip. I would recommend everyone booking anybody but this service in the future."

"Awful awful awful service, they don’t even have their own cars! Booked a cab for 7 plus 2 babies, was told me needed a car that holds 10 people! They sent one that’s fits 9 and the driver was using one of them seats! Baby had to sit on lap and then they cancelled our return trip because the driver and car they had hired weren’t happy to do this again as it’s against the law, left us stranded in London on a day of train strikes. 5 adults , 2 small children and 2 babies! Disgraceful! Wouldn’t even give you the one star! I called and confirmed the cabs 3 times as well only to be rushed off the phone. Terrible service"

"Poor service dismissed as a customer. In all honesty the fare was not that price. No service levels complete rubbish utterly disappointed wouldn't recommend this cab station. THIEVES dismissed my concerns. RUBBISH"

"If I could I'd put 0. I order a taxi for other person. We've got the confirmation form taxi driver that he'll be in 20min. After 35min of waiting we were trying to call the driver but it wasn't possible. I called the number and they said they will check and hung up. After few minutes I called back and thy told me the driver cancelled. Noone informed me about nothing. There was no problem with letting me know that taxi is on the way, but they couldn't let me know that driver cancelled. Very unprofessional."
