Costs being the operative word! 2/4/23 quoted £12 two drops by the controller, the driver who was late wants to make it £15 when we get into the cab.. argues with us we have to get out. Two ladies now have to find their own way home gone 11.35 pm ! Disgraceful behaviour!!!!"

"I wanted to counter some of the poor reviews on here. I booked a 4am cab to Gatwick. The driver arrived exactly on time, drove safely and well, was extremely courteous - I would absolutely recommend the company and this driver based on my recent experience"

"Taxi arrived 5 minutes earlier than arranged and called upon arrival. We came out about on the original time as agreed. Driver was angry and unfriendly from the start telling us we'd get his next job cancelled. As we got in the cab, he sped off without waiting for us to put our seat belts on and drove very dangerously at speeds exceeding 70mph in a 20mph zone and going over mini roundabouts without slowing down. If any pedestrian had stepped out they likely would have been killed. To add to it, one of the seat belts in the back didn't work so one of us went the whole journey without a seabelt, the safety beeper was making a noise the entire journey too so the driver knew about it. This wasn't just poor or unfriendly service, it was dangerous. Avoid if you value your limbs."

"Totally unreliable. In one week I had 2 dreadful experiences. One cancellation because 7am was too early for a driver and one completely no-show. Waited for 45 min. No answers to the phone. Just nothing at all. I will never use this company again"
