"I tried to use this cab firm today for an elderly client that’s into her 90’s as she couldn’t get home on the icy roads. We called at about quarter to twelve and were initially told it would be a twenty minute wait and soon after told it would be a 40 minute wait. The client was getting scared and agitated after waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF, at which time they called back asking about the parking near our salon but they couldn’t confirm their location. Half an hour later (two hours wait in total) I called asking for an update on the driver and we were advised to cancel the cab which we reluctantly did. I think the lack of communication is appalling and the client was very upset as she could have called someone else to pick her up much earlier."

"I booked the car to collect a TV from West Norwood to Camden, The manager/Charles was very helpful and professional to drop off the TV himself. He's a good leader and he does the job himself due to lack of car availability. Excellent communication, excellent customer service. I will used them gain and I highly recommend them."
"I have used them a few times when there were problems with the trains and i needed to get from W Norwood to Croydon quickly. Even when there was no driver available they pulled one from another company (one they may work with perhaps) and i think one time the manager himself went out of his way by taking me last year. Despite them hardly having any drivers and this taxi company is the only one in West Norwood it seems (cannot understand why for a busy place like that) i have found them to be very reliable as they literally saved my life by quickly getting me to Croydon to pick someone up. Reasonable prices too. Thankyou Las Cars!"
"Driver arrived on time but went to the ring address. He went to a side gate on a different street and then claimed his tomtom took him there. Then he mounted the pavement as he attempted to turn down Grove Road. Driver never apologised and I have whiplash. The controller never listened to what I was saying and only commented that I won't be able to claim back anything, although I was calling to report hos poor driving. JdC"
