"This has got to be hands down one of the WORST taxi services I have ever received. I have tried to book a taxi and received THREE different quotes from THREE different men. Two were very rude and not at all helpful. One picked up another personal phone call whilst I was told to “hold on”. Another did not want to listen to me asking for a quote and gave me a higher price than his other staff members. Appalling customer service and difficulty booking a simple taxi request."

"* new revised review: - I am not quite sure what went wrong with this company since the last time I booked a taxi with them. I used to use this company regularly for airport transfers and I recommenced it to many of my friends in the area. I now had a dismissive person on the phone obviously not aware of the phrase ‘customer service’. Rude. I am obliged to revise my review and I will not be using this company again. Old review: I am not the one to ever leave reviews but I thought this little company deserves it! I only recently moved to the area so I was a little wary of the taxi service (reliability) offered. I took a chance with Ryan Cars by and booked a ride for a 3am drop off to Gatwick and they were great. The driver was lovely and there 15min ahead of the time ('just in case'). I now booked another ride to Luton Airport and they were again great - very nice, helpful and most importantly, on time. Highly recommended! Finally, they have very competitive rates too."

"Shocking service. Ordered a cab to arrive at 12:45 for a parcel. The driver arrived early and refused to wait to collect the parcel. He drove off and base didn't even have the courtesy to call. When I called base, apparently "they don't accept parcel deliveries"! There are too many minicab services in this area to bother with these clowns."

"We booked a mini cab to Gatwick airport at 2am. We were picked up promptly and had a really quick journey. The driver was really friendly and chatty which made for a great journey! Couldn't have been happier with the service!"

"Quick, efficient, clean car and pleasant professional driver who knew the way and quoted a reasonable fare (unlike previous cab services), was very prompt and controller even took down my number automatically to update me that the driver was waiting although I forgot to leave it. Very pleased, will be using them again! :)"
