They didn’t call and the gentleman has to get a bus as he is immune suppressed he wanted to avoid going on public transport. When I called the office usual lies about car breakdowns."

"Ripped off...again. Ive been using this service for the past 7 years as I believe in helping to maintain local business and would always call Exclusive before any other company or Uber. However I am writing this review as im fed up of feeling ripped off, for a few pounds here and there: On booking I double check the price from A to B with controler who confirms an amount . I restate the amount again and write it down. The last 3 x times on getting the cab the driver said the fare was from £2-5 extra. On 22 Dec I was going to Stanstead 5am and having had this experience, as soon as I got in the cab the diver told me a different price. I did call the controler, he argued with me, didnt listen at all, showed really poor common sense and stated the extra fees were for the charges the taxi needed to enter the airport parking, and when I challenged I could give him £5 less if he charges £5 more, that as a women very early in the morning I may not have extra cash or I may have wanted to give the driver a tip. Regardless, I was told the price and I agreed to pay that price. I asked to speak with a manager (Raje' ?) at this point but there was no one and the controler said he wanted to complain about me. Summary: the actual drivers are professional and understanding - Javeed and John are 2 x examples. They do a great job but these incidents puts them also in an uncomfortable position."

"This is the second time I've requested a car and been told that I would be picked up in 10 min. However 30 minutes later a driver shows up with no sense of urgency. When I called the head office to inquire about the status of the car he told me that he was almost there, I should see the car even! The next time I called I was told the driver was outside and trying to call me. However I had been standing outside in the rain waiting and didn't see anyone and had been staring at my phone. Very disappointed. We won't be using this service again."
