"Worse taxi company I've ever used. Taxi was booked for 18.00 but didn't turn up. I had to be somewhere for 18:15 so I called the company and they said they'd call the driver to find out where he was and call me back. They never bothered to call back. I called 3 times as it was already 18:10 and still no driver. Every time I called they said the same they'd call the driver. Finally at 18:15 someone turned up but I'm absolutely sure he wasn't a taxi driver as he didn't even know the address he had to take me to and was asking me which way to go. They made me 20 mins late. Such a rubbish and unreliable company. Avoid!!!!"

"Avoid at all costs. Driver called asking which Gatick terminal, north or south.. we were at heathrow! We provided flights numbers etc. Called the office to ask where he was and was told he had "got a flat tyre". Left at heathrow at nearly 10pm on a Sunday evening with no taxi."

"Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs. Taxi was booked from Gatwick airport with flight number provided and they said they would track it. We ended up 30 minutes later than expected and no driver in sight. They told us he would be with us soon, we waited 2 HOURS. Each time they told us he was 10 mins away, 15 minutes away etc. The driver told us he only found out about the job an hour after we should have been collected, he demanded we pay cash immediately. I had been told I could pay by card so had to jump out in the rain to get cash out for him. We received no apology. The company appears to use different names so very dodgy."

"I booked this company a few days ago to get a taxi from Gatwick to my house. My flight was 5 hours delayed, so I texted the company to keep them posted. At no point they told me this could be a problem. When I arrived at Gatwick with my two young children, as I didn’t see the driver, I contacted the company and they gave me his phone number to contact him. When I phoned him, he told me he was 40 minutes away. I wasn’t very impressed at they had already been informed about my ETA. In the end no one showed up so I had to grab a taxi at the airport. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid at all cost!"

"Used them on few occasions and never been unhappy even if on a couple of time the drivers arrived few minutes later than the agreed time. I have booked a cab for today at 6.30am and the first call arrived 10 minutes after my booking time. Poor service considering that punctuality should be a MUST. We were lucky to find a Uber very close but we left with a 15 minutes delay.. Not ideal when you heading to the airport."
