"Left us standed at Heathrow late at night, despite us making a confirmed booking. When we called they just said "We know you had a booking but we have no cars". Didn't even try to let us know ahead of time, but just left us high and dry. Absolutley appalling customer service too. They have one job, and they can't even do that. I cannot recommend that you avoid using this company enough. Do yourself a favour and book an UBER and avoid these chancers at all costs."

I called yesterday I let the phone ring for a while until someone finally answerd and the person said we have no drivers and just put the phone down. I'm disabled needed a cab for today with that kind of service I'm surprised they are busy. They obviously haven't heard of being polite. I won't be calling this company again"

"Not for the first time, they arrived late - not just 5/10 mins late but 45! Ring the office, takes 4/5 attempts before they answer the phone - when she finally does she’s rude and unhelpful. All the excuses for why he’s late and fobbed off saying ‘he’s on his way’. Last time I ever use these monkeys - horrendous experience from start to finish!!"
