"I had the same taxi driver the day before same destination and the driver tried to rip me off for £5.50. He threatened me and was screaming when I didn’t have the extra £5.50. He was aggressive and abusive. I phoned the office and they could hear what he was doing in the back round and they did nothing. The manager was supposed to call to discuss and never . Please beware of this company and id advise women not to go alone as the drivers seem erratic. Driver 144"

"Never use this company. Received confirmation of a booking for collection at 12:30am, endless phone calls, and being put on hold. Car never arrived, even by 1:15. Dispatchers just lie that the car's two minutes away, five minutes away, just dropping off someone else locally. No wonder cab companies go bust, Uber have per second, tracked cars with registrations that passengers can see. Terrible service."

"We ordered a cab and were told a 30 minute wait - we said ok and provided our details. The operator phoned back to check the contact number was correct which we confirmed. 45-60 minutes and no cab. We phoned again and were told we weren’t ‘in the system’ and a cab wasn’t coming. We simply couldn’t believe a cab company can operate in this way. Extremely poor service."

"Terrible, terrible service. First my girlfriend had to chase the car picking her up for an airport drop at 4.15 in the morning. They had spoken thoroughly about what was required to get her there in time but when she called they said they were planning to send a car at 4.45. They had to scramble a car then charged her £5 more at the end of the journey than what was quoted on the phone. For the airport pick-up we gave them a specific time to be there and a flight number and still the driver was 25 minutes late, claiming that he was told our landing time was 3.30 when that was clearly stated to be the time for our pick-up. When I called the office for the second time to chase the car they left it ringing for over a minute and didn't pick-up and yet when I rang from a different mobile immediately afterwards they magically picked up straight away. The dispatchers are clearly slap-dash at their job and then tried to hide it when they messed up. I definitely wouldn't take the risk relying on these guys."
