"I waited half an hour for a cab in rush hour traffic and in very wet weather conditions, the driver arrived upset that the call operator had not mentioned there was a tiny dog with me, 2 boxes and a suitcase. The driver sat in the car whilst I struggled with all the packing. He agreed to take me mainly to please himself as he had driven across town to collect me but said he would be charging me more to which I agreed but continued to complain about the situation in the car. This is the RUDEST taxi driver I have ever met and would NEVER use this company again, all in all not a nice experience after a long day."
