"Shortest experience yet managed to be the worst. Booked them last for a trip to St Pancras. No show this morning so I called them and was told that there's no booked under my name! A Mini cab company you CANNOT rely on, useless really! Bug Zero stars, please be careful if you need a cab in London."
"I am giving 1 star because I cannot give none. Parkside hospital booked them and were told 10 minutes. 20 minutes later they were told 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes it was 1 minute. 10 minutes later I decided to get a bus. When I rang to complain there was no apology, I was told they had not sent a car because they did not have my mobile number. By far the worst cab company I have had the misfortune to come across. I am writing to the hospital to urge them not to use this shower."
"Late drivers. This is the third time in two months. Today I was waiting for 30min! Just to hear from the driver that he had not checked the traffic before coming to pick me up and he didn't know that maps shows you where road works are taking place...Surreal. You lost a regular customer today."
"Extremely disappointed with Merton Mini cabs and would never use again. I arranged a return taxi for 6 people which started off well with the taxi arriving in plenty of time. During the journey the driver drove erratically and appeared to be falling asleep at the wheel. We arrived at our destination and paid the agreed fare for that part of the journey. When it came to the return part of our journey, I called 30 minutes before to confirm the exact pick up location and was told the driver would call me 5 minutes before arrival. 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time, having not heard from the driver, I called only to be told that they'd sent a 4 seater taxi despite a 6 seater being booked and having dropped us in a 6 seater earlier that day. They were not able to resolve the situation and the only response was to tell 2 of our party to make their own way home. No apology, no help and no remorse despite leaving us stranded an hour away from home. I would recommend never using Merton Mini cabs!"
