"Driver wasn't waiting at LHR arrivals as requested. After a 28hr journey less than ideal. Had to call the driver several times and waited for 15min having to go up to the car park. He didn't follow Google/wayze directions so journey took twice as long to get back to SW19."

"I had book a car to go to the airport at 5am. At 4:58 the driver called me to say he will arrive 5:25. It is unacceptable and I won’t be using this service again. Lucky I called and Uber that was with us within 5 minutes and we made it on time to catch our flight"

"Spoiler: this is a very VERY BAD review. Transfer Heathrow airport - London Nobody was at the arrival so I make a call to let them know that I was waiting for them but the person on the phone tells me that there was not any reservation, when actually I did booked a week before and they confirmed it!! The guy on the phone tells me 45 min but… I had to wait ONE AND A HALF HOUR MORE AT THE AIRPORT DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BECAUSE OF THEM. Awful service. He didn’t even say sorry. Transfer London - Stansted airport In front of the airport, I pay the driver but he tells me that I had to pay 100£ and not 90£ as they wrote me in a previous email for a quote. It has always been 90 to drop off and 100 to pick up at the airport and even their label outside the agency says so. The driver tells me that it’s not his fault and that he’s just the driver. Absolutely unbelievable. This is not the way of working. The cars are good, drivers okay but customer service absolutely inexistent, unreliable and disappointing. I give one star because I can’t give less."

"Just travelled from Colliers Wood to Kennington. The driver was pleasant enough. A slow and uneventful journey. The car was clean and in decent condition. There was an added £5 charge due to me needing an estate vehicle to move a couple of larger items. Not a problem but I do wonder if I would have paid more if there was more than one passenger."
