"Terrible experience. Needed a taxi to the airport, asked to be picked up very early in the morning from a hotel nearby. Gave the name and location of the hotel very explicitly. Was told to meet the driver at reception, which was clearly not passed on to the driver. After a lot of confusion, it becomes clear the the driver is at the wrong hotel. The Atlas office calls and says I will be charged extra for the driver going to the wrong location, even though they admitted I gave the correct location?! The driver was told I would have cash, which was not conveyed to me. Terrible."

"Been using these guys for years, since they were called Swiss Cottage Taxis, and they have just gotten worse and worse. Their prices have gone up and the rudeness and service has risen. To get to the airport I was charged double what my brother, who took Uber, was charged. Then they insisted the car I booked should have been bigger and therefore charged me an extra £20+. So I’ve finally deleted their number, as have the rest of my family. I recommend you, the reader, move on and use some other taxi service."

"Zero stars if possible. Will never use this company again. Driver was late. Didn't even bother to stop outside my flat, but waited outside the complex. Talked continuously to a friend on the phone and was about to take me into an estate that was a dead end and NOT my destination. Saying he was just following sat nav. I got angry and told him to put the radio off, stop talking to his mates and take me to my destination, now following his progress on my own Google maps. He got aggressive, saying I'm paying for his driving, not his silence, but he did STF up for the rest of the journey. I can take care of myself and just kept it cool till my destination. But if I'd been a lone female, I would have called the police. Complained to company. Asked for my money back. Either way, I have no intention of using them again. Please NEVER use them if you're a woman travelling alone. I wrote this mainly for you."

"This car company is absolutely despicable, rude, inconsiderate and insensitive. I ordered my mum a car to be collected from the hospital as she just had surgery and unable to walk as on crutches. Due to the drivers lack of understanding and inadequacy he kicked my mother out of the car and refused to drop her to her front door. As he thought the road she lived on was restricted yet when I rang the company they informed me that all their drivers are able to access all parts of the hammersmith and fulham borough. Yet, this didn't stop him from kicking out a middle age woman on crutches who was unable to walk. Therefore, I strongly do not recommend this company and do not advise anyone with mobility problems or elderly use them as some of the drivers have no consideration or compassion"

"I’m arrived in London at Stanstead airport with my 2month old baby. I booked a taxi service many days before we arriving and I asked for a baby seat taxi . They told me that wouldn’t be any problem at all . When we arrived the driver comes with a seat without an easy fix in his car so was impossible to use the baby seat , because I can put an a safe way for my baby. So I old my baby in my arms and the driver was going really fast with the car, I was so scared for me and my baby! Then I booked the way back , from my flat to the airport. I’m asking them many many times on the phone , please I need a taxi driver with a proper baby car seat for my 2 month old baby and they tell me no worries at all and bla bla bla. So the driver arrived today in my flat without any infant car seat , I have to old him in my arms again and this driver too running and driving so fast and crazy around . This is unacceptable, I ll be back in London in three days , I m not gonna book any taxi at all from this company and of course I m gonna report it to the police 100%!"
