"Was booked in via email for a nose piercing turned up to the studio no one was there and none of the phone numbers work! So glad I didn’t pay a deposit for this place after reading numerous bad reviews! AVOID!!"

"Utter shambles regarding piercings. Booked online. Paid via PayPal, THEY rearranged my appointment, only for me to fund out they didn't have a piercer for that branch when I turned up for my appointment. No one picks up the phone, no one answer your emails unless you email the whole company. When someone did respond they told me it wasn't their concern and to arrange the refund through PayPal. Which is what I'm doing.. I would strongly suggest they take away the option to book online re piercings. Avoid, there are other more reputable places."

"Beware!! I paid a deposit for a tattoo and the artist Naomi cancelled the appointment. I’ve been given the run around all week trying to get a refund for my deposit. Customer service is shocking. Very disappointing considering I just paid £600 for a tattoo in the same studio only 3 weeks ago. They have said that only the manager can deal with refunds but the manager has no name or contact number. Gave me an email address but no response. Also told me to phone the Glasgow studio but they answered once said the same, couldn’t give me the managers name and no number. Was told they would get the manager to phone me back later that day but that didn’t happen and now they are ghosting my calls. Can’t believe a business would be this desperate to hold on to a £100 deposit. I’m just accepting I won’t be refunded. Hope this review saves someone from being ripped off."

"Paid for a full day session after showing them what I wanted. Was told that would cover everything. As the day went on the person (TOmek) who was doing the tattoo said I can either leave it as is or pay for another half day so he could finish the tattoo. The tattoo was a while ago but on looking around as going to get another tattoo I noticed that they claim if you are quoted for a day you will not pay extra. Seems a bit of a scam and will not return. One other thing is when I went back for my 1/2 day it only took about an hour and I was told I couldnt get a partial refund."

"Multiple delays to appointments with very little apology. Made to wait over an hour for a tattoo appointment only to find out the tattoo artist wasn't in that day, receptionist had just let me sit in the waiting area even though I told her I was waiting for an appointment with Tomek T. Booked in my first appointment for a full day tattoo session and wasn't even being tattooed for 3 hours. Had to wait an hour for the artist to draw the design. I feel because I'd gotten a 50% off rate for the day session that they just half arsed the time I got being tattooed as well as making me a low priority when rebooking me due to "scheduling issues" I would not recommend anyone gets tattooed here as even though the artists are good at what they do, the whole place is unprofessional and you'd probably have a better time communicating with the dead than trying to get a hold of anyone over email or on the phone here."
