"So I went to get my acrylic nails done. there were 2 girls ahead of me in the queue. I decided to wait which I was fine with. I waited for 2 hours and as I was waiting, someone else came in and got seen before me which I thought was very rude and unfair as she didn’t have a booking. I then got seen nearly 3 hours later. While was getting my nails done, the stylist was very quick, very little prep was done to my nails, no cuticle work was done either. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. The colour hasn’t been put on correctly. I was also getting snide comments from the workers. The nail technician was under a lot of pressure as they were taking lots of customers in when they were already struggling. I would also like to say that the hygiene is awful. The nail technician had the same glove on for every customer. I had to pay £40. No discount was added on to my nails, even though I waited 3 hours. My overall experience was terrible, I’m extremely disappointed and I will not be returning back to this salon."

The staff were really friendly, efficient and great at recommending colours. They didn’t have much to work with and did a fantastic job with a great quality gel polish making my nails look fantastic, I’m delighted!"
