"I have used this company many times with no issues but unfortunately had a terrible experience recently with their customer service meaning I will never use or recommend them again. I booked online with a quoted price of £55 (I was expecting to pay £60 given taxis were now charging £5 for airport drop-off). When I arrived at the airport I was told to pay £76! This is apparently because their website was hacked and the prices changed. Even if this blatant lie had been true why did no-one contact me to let me know the price was incorrect? I eventually paid £65 because I couldn't handle both the driver and manager's (on the phone) aggressive tone that early in the morning when there was a flight to catch. The funny thing is I would've actually paid the £76 had they apologised, not raised their voices, been condescending or showed an ounce of accountability."

"I've just been picked up by a driver at Heathrow after a long flight. They quoted me £32 online, firstly the driver didn't meet me at the arrivals section and loosely told me to go to the car park. I was then left waiting there for 15 mins then he asked me to pay the £5 parking charges which I obviously refused as this wasn't detailed anywhere on their online booking service. The journey to the airport with the same company was £24 so I fairly assumed the £32 quoted included the parking fees incurred. He then had the cheek to continue to keep asking me for the money whilst in the car saying it should be considered a tip and that it was no money at all. It is however the principle. Avoid this company for airport pickups. Also the previous driver on the journey to the airport took an undesirable route through main roads with lots of traffic. I know better routes to Heathrow myself. I then called the office who rudely kept interrupting me and asked me to take it up with the manager who wasn't in and had no interest in retaining their reputation or keeping the customer happy. A really horrible experience which is simply not needed after a long haul flight. I'll be surprised if this company are still in business within a few years with service like this. Absolutely disgusting. I've attached a supporting screenshot to confirm that the website does not state that airport pickup charges are not included."
