This morning they charged me £48 for a £31 journey ( Uber price ) to go to my company headquarters. They say it was because of the train strike. I do this journey 12 x per month, so exploiting and charging 50 percent more because the public have no choice is very unsavoury to me."

On the day of collection the driver they sent was greedy asking for more money when there wasn’t any issue. The driver was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Ensure you ask who they are sending you before hand to avoid being sent this car to you. Avoid unnecessary drama."
"Very unreliable, I booked a cab from Gatwick airport to Ealing for £95. The driver did not show up. They did not even have the curtsy to call me. When I called the office, I was told that no driver was available. The person who answered the phone, Ali, was extremely rude and disrespectful. It took me 1.30 hours to find another car on a rainy Saturday night. NOT RECORDED."
