"I made a booking online and paid using PayPal. They later declined my booking one hour before the pickup. When I expressed my discomfort the person on the phone was rude, and I was still charged for the journey. I have been trying to contact them for a refund for nearly a month now, but they don't answer my phone or email. Absolutely disappointed by the dishonesty and rudeness."
"Unreliable and cons,never booking a cab from them again. Called them at 1 to book a cab for 3pm when 3.10pm came i rang them and they told me extra 20 minutes. I waited and caled them back at 3.30pm and they told me some next lie of a story and told me 45 minute extra wait. They cost me 2 hours of my pay from work so i will be taking this further and getting them closed down because i already got a case going on when they got caught hiring illegal immigrants pay on cash in hand. Thieves cons and useless and the operators cant speak a word of english"
"I'm so disappointed with the service I have received today.. called for a cab at 2.41 pm and was told 20mins which was great. Then had to call 3 more times after the 1st half hour only to keep being put on hold and eventually told cab would be 10 more minutes and then 4 minutes.. until at 3.50pm my niece called me an Uber cab. Have no idea who the lady taking the calls is today, but she clearly has no idea what she is doing and she doesn't seem to give a dam when I call not so kuch as a sorry for the dalay!! Finally arrived home no thanks to Cargil Cars. 4.21pm and the cab driver called me to tell me he was outside!! Unbelievable and totally unprofessional controller !!"
"I booked Cargil Cars for a transfer to the airport and the company cancelled the cab right at the time when it should have picked me up at my house. The lady on the phone told me that their driver couldn't make it and I should cancel my booking and find another cab driver. At the end I made it to the airport just in time but I couldn't cancel my booking as the latest time to cancel it was just before the lady cancelled the cab. Despite this Minicabit (the company I booked the cab through) immediately gave me a full refund."
"Worst taxi in London... I called at 8 and order taxi for 8:30, nobody show up until 8:50, so I called and women inform me that last customer changed his mind and he had to go somewhere else. And she can send me another one for 9:15... And i still had to pay full price... Never again!!!"
