"We had a very stressful experience with this taxi company. The hotel reception staff made a booking for us to be picked up from our hotel at 4.30am. Despite having made the booking no taxi arrived at 4.30am the next morning. In fact when the receptionist called them to check where the car was they were told " Sorry it will be another approximately 6- 8 minutes". This happened several times until eventually the car arrived at a little before 5am, almost 30 minutes late. We made check in by 5 minutes. Not the best way to start your holiday."

"Is it standard practice in London to charge the client a significant extra amount if the driver encounters traffic en route to the destination? Also noteworthy, it appears this company charges about double the rate for a taxi -- a rude surprise when you think your hotel has ordered you a normal taxi and you've taken a long trip. At least Uber is up front with its surge pricing."
