"I had a terrible experience with 1 of these inhumane lot a few years ago, had to take my application elsewhere after been refused because the guy who calls himself a solicitor applied for a wrong residence card. There are about 7-10 of them in their office and it's all about the MULA for them. For anyone looking for legal representation with these lot, PLEASE DON'T DO IT. There are better, caring solicitors outside of London for even lesser fees. Good luck!"

"A really bad experience from beginning to end. Besides being excessively expensive & taking full payment up front they will not give you minimum service and shrug responsibility and tell you that because of Brexit it is taking longer. In my instance they could not locate the tracking number which they used to send off the application to the Home Office which resulted in delays and aggravation as we could not track the application. Instead of the regular 6 months it dragged on for 16 months in which the passport was in the Home Office and I could not travel. Things only began moving when I skipped this solicitor and began working directly with the Home Office who were more helpful then this office. Once the visa was approved they did not even bother notifying that they had received the Residency Card. I only found out by chance after asking our local MP for assistance and from there I heard that the Home Office had issued a decision a FULL MONTH earlier! The Residency Card with passport and all original documents were just lying in a pile of opened post. They mumbled something about my solicitor being away and not knowing how to contact me whilst all my details were right there in the envelope. In conclusion, they are greedy, unprofessional, dishonest, rude and unhelpful. There are plenty other decent solicitors out there and stay away from here at all prices as I was let down and totally disappointed."
