"Double think before going there and if you are crazy enough to overpay for poor service make sure you have everything you agreed in writing. I made the notes about the process and charges when meeting Venuka first time but anyways she denied everything later on. The process was supposed to take up to 6 months and after 2 years I decided not to use her service any more because I discover that we overpaid and wasted our time. They started asking for extra money every time they had to sent an email, that was not what we agreed before. They just took adventure of our bad situation. Also when we collected our documentation we discover that part of it is not there!!! MY BANK STATEMENTS AND PAYSLIPS AND COPY OF ID WERE MISSING. When I ask for it Venuka inform me that 'probably Home Office did not sent them back' UNBELIVABLE what kind of service is it if they DON'T KNOW WHERE THE PAPERS ARE ??!! Also they never told us that we have to do simple application online, it literally effected our life and future, lucky we had good friends to help. They just good in asking for money!"
