Mark greeted me with the biggest smile, made me feel right at home with a cup of tea and a barrel of biscuits! They were both so attentive. Elle understood exactly what I wanted - and gave me the best balayage I’ve ever had and a fantastic cut. I was relaxed, and comfortable and felt like I was chatting to old friends.
