"Awful customer service. Three appointments in the last 8 months cancelled by them on the day with no notice, despite them having been booked for months. Most recent one this morning. I didn’t find out until I walked to the salon for my appointment at 9am and found it locked, phone lines off and no one around. Stood outside in the snow for 10 minutes before someone answered my knocks on the door only to be told no staff had come in today. Unbelievable seeing as the roads were clear and transport all running. I will never visit again."
