We eventually completed in July after chasing them every single day for months. The case manager has now left and we were reassigned a new person. But we are now in September, in reciept of a HMRC penalty after they didnt pay stamp duty etc. On time. They promised to pay the penalty but didn't. NOT TO MENTION, they have not even registered the land in our names. Its leaving us anxious, im going to be formally complaining to the CLC. If you are buying a property, avoid Cavendish Legal Group at all costs."
