"I contacted this firm to help with a case. The person who answered the phone said she would get the relevant solicitor to call me back. I didn't hear anything. The solicitor has a direct line listed on the website. I called that number, no answer, so I left a VM. I still didn't hear back. A month later, I call them again to say I tried to get in touch and didn't hear back. The person who answered the phone said they would get the relevant department to call back. At the same time, I also emailed the solicitor directly as their email address was available on the website. Another month later, still no reply. Either this firm don't want my business, and if that's the case, I would prefer they have the guts to say that directly. Or, they have a serious communication issue, and therefore I don't think it would be smart to use them anyway."
