"Terrible experience dealing with Ola Leslie. I have been dealing with Ola Leslie for the purchase of my first property. Firstly they did not even keep track of the fact I paid their fees and then asked for payment a month later after commencing no work. They will never answer the phone and when they do its a receptionist saying no one is available. I have called 10s of times and have been promised a call back every time still with no avail. Even first thing in the workday morning they do not answer the phone. Useless company, avoid entirely."

"My buyer is currently using them. For the first two months they haven't picked up a phone when I called nor responded to my emails. They keep raising the same enquiry that was responded to multiple times. Documents keep being lost. A straightforward transaction on a chain free flat is taking two months. I have to threaten to complain to speak to their supervisors/partners to be put through to their conveyancer. Now my client has given them 2-week ultimatum to exchange contracts or my client will withdraw contracts. If you are a buyer or a seller, please avoid using these guys. In my 6 years of doing this job I have never worked with some who is so incompetent as Nifemi and his team from Ola Lesley Solicitors."

"To add to my previous review: 4pm ON THE DAY OF COMPLETION, my solicitors forward an email from the buyers solicitor, Ola Leslie, to advise that there has been a request for information from the buyers lender. Having called my solicitors for further information, I was informed that it is their standard practice to chase the lender 2 days after exchange to ensure that funds are released by the completion date; seemingly Ola Leslie have not made steps to ensure that the funds would be released on the date of completion, otherwise the information would have been requested and supplied on the days leading up to completion. It has been an AWFUL experience working indirectly with Ola Leslie, leading to much stress, financial consequences and sleepless nights. I would definitely NOT recommend that anyone should employ their services."

"If I could, I would give them 10* . Really nice team! They've helped us so much to buy our Flat through the Shared Ownership Scheme and chasing the Seller solicitors as they were moving very slow but finally we finished everything ! I would definitely recommend them! I've got friend that bought same kind of flat next to our building and they've paid way more for the solicitors than we paid !
