"I was very happy with the service I received from Karen Liebert in my employment dispute, for which she achieved a successful outcome. She was always very professional, hardworking, courteous, friendly, approachable, good at listening and genuinely seemed to care - always willing to go the extra mile in spending time discussing the case with me and putting my mind at ease throughout the process. Despite the complexities of my case, she successfully navigated these with confidence and pragmatism, responding to every challenge and obstacle thrown up along the way with excellent foresight and knowledge of the relevant legal issues. Her genuine passion to do her best to achieve a successful outcome and provide justice shone through, and it became obvious to me that she cares deeply about what she does and the people she is helping. I would highly recommend her and Nucleus to anyone without any hesitation."
"Hello, I'm Mrs. Enkeleda Dibra. Is it possible to have an appointment in your office, I'm urgent, I need a state lawyer for asylum, thank you, please help me"
"I just want to commend Kalpamayee at Ealing Nexus for her help and advice throughout the process of getting help with my council tax arrears. She continued to follow up until a satisfactory resolution and i am really grateful for the service I received. Thanks Kalpamayee!"
"I start by saying that I thoroughly understand that this is a free probono service where the advice cannot be compared to that of a paid solicitor. However, my call came to an end in the first ten minutes of the session and the advice was very unhelpful and vague. I needed clarification on certain issues with dates which were not answered and I was just replied back with saying I have never heard of that issue before and that was that. I was told that I would be contacted by an experienced solicitor but the quality of advice unfortunately did not reflect that. I say that because I worked in a legal advice clinic as a volunteer myself. On the brighter side, the call came on a scheduled time exactly at 15:00 when the appointment was meant to be so I do appreciate that."
"Pretty confusing experience with this place this afternoon. During my initial call for legal assistance I explained the details of my case, and a few days later some Polish woman calls me and asks me for full details about my case, which I explain again with clarity and in length, which I doubt she understood as she kept asking me to repeat myself. With no deliberation whatsoever or asking me further questions for clarification she just dismissively says "no we can't help, your case is too complex, I've got 20 other people to call today, go to the FRU." I asked her for more clarification as to how she came to her decision but she was unable to provide this, and this gave me the impression that she was quite a junior member of staff triaging the cases with poor interpersonal skills. A big waste of time!"
