"Semi-incompetent, and when I complained about the solicitor, Melanie Krudy became nasty and started bullying me, claiming he was an excellent lawyer. The lawyer gave me the wrong advice about what I need in my medical note. So I had to go again to amend the note, and they said they would pay it, directly to the firm. I soon had debt collection at my door as they took 2 months to pay it, and Melanie thinks this is ok. Working with Neville is like supervising a 2-year old child. I am not a lawyer but had to write all my own documents because the solicitor did such a bad job."
