"Update: A year later I needed another legal advice and Dan as usually was very quick to respond, found time in his busy schedule to help and gave his highly professional advice, including recommended who else could be helping me. I came out of meeting with lots to think about. Also, Dan went out of his way to offer as much cost effective option as possible to returning client (us). I found Dan when I "googled" online for a solicitor to get an advice for my business. I had trouble finding "the right" person after couple of telephone calls, the previous solicitors seem to me not experienced enough to be able to confidently provide me the advice I required.
