"Large swimming pool and great gym"
"Winchburgh Site - Management refused access to a parent and 6 month old baby until 9am for a 9am class. Allegedly safety checks were required. Checks that can most likely be done at 08.30. When challenged we were permitted access to the foyer. Opening a venue at 9am for 9am classes is backward thinking. Especially when babies need dressed. Once permitted in to the changing facilities they were filthy and dirty. This was the first session of the day. Wrappers were strewn in cubicles and clumps of hair were stuck to the floor. Disgusting. Pictures attached."
"Can't speak of an entire complex, only used the gym, which was kinda small considering how big the building is. There's no equipment for deadlifts, squats or bench press, which is a shame. Plenty of machines for cardio and the most important/basic ones for strength training plus a small free weights section with dumbbells going up to 30kg. I'd say good for beginners."
