Reviews
"I'll start with the positives of the place. The staff are superb from the security to the shop to the restaurant and everyone in between. They were all approachable helpful and polite. The caravan we had was a bronze one and apart from the cobweb that was above the fridge it was clean when we arrived. The neagatives of the stay... There didn't seem to be an atmosphere to the park like other Haven sites we've been too have Seton just seemed "flat". The amount of litter that was lying around inside the complex and around the park was ridiculous but the blame lies with the guests for this one as I had seen staff out everyday litter picking. Makes you wonder what they're houses are like if they are happy throwing litter about on holiday. Also a lack of breakfast options between Mon and Thurs as far as we could see there was no hot rolls from shop or anything in the restaurant before 11.00am. Overall holiday was good this was due to the staff otherwise it would have been a poor stay. Don't think we will be back to this Haven site."
"Every single member of staff, without exception have been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The food, entertainment, and pool and the lovely shop staff were all excellent. We have a great wee holiday every time we come to stay,.they go above and beyond."
"Beautifully positioned for lovely local walks and exploring further afield. Views for sunrise and set, and beautiful walk on the coast, were very lovely. Staff were all nice. Food was nice in the restaurant. Being a couple there without kids we only went down for one evening entertainment, which was a quiz, but it was pleasant enough."
"We came here for a change. The caravan was lovely, clean, tidy (Iv experienced very unclean caravans with Haven) and very well equipped. The site was lovely, entertainment was good, staff lovely, friendly and welcoming. Beach over the road was OK, Not what i was expecting but we had a walk on it. The down fall was the activities. Tried to book the football for my son but the age was from 9 yrs. He is 8 and is in a football team. I think it could do with a few more affordable activities. We didn't know the area so did not venture out much so do some homework before you go. The swimming for the kids is great we booked this over 2 days. I don't think I'd visit the site again but not because it was awful or anything just because we like more to do on our holiday."
"My sister booked this last minute. Brilliant place for all ages. Plenty to do on site and the train station is not to far so you can get the train into Edinburgh. My nice and nephew who are 7 and 11 both fully enjoyed all the activities and they loved swimming. I'm partly sighted and found it easy to get round the park. I also seen a couple of people who were in a wheelchair and I also noticed that a couple of the caravans were suitable for wheelchair access. The caravan was very big with one bathroom and another toilet. 3 rooms. A very spacious living/kitchen area. All the equipment you needed to make a meal was already in the caravan. You have to bring your own towels teatowels etc. There is a shop within the park and it's not too expensive either. The night time entertainment was great for the kids and they even did bingo for all ages. The staff were very good at encouraging the kids to join in etc. I would highly recommend this place for a amazing family holiday. Your only a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Which was nice and clean."
