"What a joke this place is... We waited 5 weeks for our daughters to get an appointment only to get a text message 6 hours before the appointment saying i needed to call them and rebook and wait again, why so they can do the same and cancel on us again! I had to book the day off from work in order to be home to take them, i tried calling them back and was in position 3 on the phone which didn't move up. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE OR LIKE ME YOU COULD BE WAISTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY They even had the nerve to turn around and say they have people cancel on them so this is "Quid pro quo" what a dam nerve. Get yourselve another dentist ASAP. Just read the reviews and see for yourself"
"Dentists here come up with any excuse not to perform the scale and polish that we are entitled to as part of the NHS treatment, and push us for private care with their hygienist. Even though gum disease is diagnosed, they refuse to do their job and make you wait (3 months!) for a private appointment. Not recommended."
"I have never had a good experience at a dentist before coming to Apple. Every time has been so wonderful and I am a nervous patient which is always taken into consideration. The dentists and the nurses are very comforting and it makes for a very pleasant experience. Having treatments now doesn’t make me worry and I would recommend Apple to anyone."
"After reading some of the previous reviews I felt that I must write the following. I have been a patient at this practise for over 50 years, long before it became Apple. I and my family have had many dentists over that period of time and have never had a bad experience. Since Apple took over the practise my wife and I have had several different dentists, have met numerous nurses and reception staff, all who have been friendly, polite and proficient. As patients we have always received excellent services as have my extended family, my wife and I have also recommended neighbours and friends to the practise who have also been very pleased with the service and treatment they have received. We are only too happy to recommend this practise"
