"Completely agree that there were quite a few, (dare I say) “teething” problems when it opened & I had my fair share of cancelled appointments while they were juggling staff! However, the receptionists have always been kind, sympathetic & courteous to me. I’ve had a few urgent dental issues recently & they’ve been brilliant at enabling appointments. My dentist James has been amazing throughout.. can’t recommend him highly enough! Obviously others have had different experiences but for me personally, they’ve been great!"

"I recommend this place for every family with a child. Nice service and dentists have a great approach to the patient. I felt taken care of by the staff and I recommend such a nice and friendly atmosphere at the dentist's visit to everyone. I recommend Dr. Ana is the best in the world and her nurse Magdalena"

"Such a positive experience here! I’m a bit nervous when it comes to dentist appointments but Isabel Ramires and Aga were absolutely amazing! They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything. The environment was warm and inviting and I genuinely felt quite relaxed during my filling! Very easy to get an appointment and affordable too. So happy! Thank you!!"

"According to other reviewers, this place was on the up and up! However, my experiences has been quite different. I’ve been trying to get my 2 fillings sorted, but my appointments keep getting cancelled. Once with less than 24 hours notice and the last one while I was on the way there. It’s happened 3/4 times (bearing in mind the each time I rescheduled an appointment they’ve been far in the future because they never seem to have availability!). So a year later and I’m still waiting! I wish they would pay us the cost of an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours, just as they threaten us to pay them if we cancel! Dentist is ill quite often it seems? Or is is because I’m an nhs patient and they’d rather see private patients? They’ll never admit to that of course. Who knows! Oh, I did manage to have one filling fixed, but it fell out within a couple of weeks.. 2 stars given because they seem happy to see my son and I for 10 minute check ups, but that’s it!"
