"Had a tattoo appointment be cancelled 2 hours before I was supposed to be there which was frustrating as I had booked a day off work for the appointment. When I requested my deposit back the tattoo artist said they were non refundable and that me taking work holidays was nothing to do with her. They do state the deposits are non-refundable and I can take store credit or a voucher but after the unprofessional experience I had I wouldn't want to go back."
"Piercer was lovely at the time but when I messaged him afterwards to say one of the piercings wasn't doing well he brushed it off. Had to go to another professional to have the piercing corrected. Disappointed at the level of after care provided. These are modifications on a person's body, least you can do is give proper after care"

"Went in yesterday and got a Tattoo from Sam, absolutely loved it! She really made sure that everything was covered before the meeting (having only had one or two tattoos before i found this really helpful!) The work itself was awesome, the lines and detail looked brilliant! I am normally based down in Oxford but i would happily come up again just for another great piece! Plus as a bonus, the other artists on site were friendly and welcoming, they really help you feel relaxed, which is perfect if your in for a long sitting!. They seem to really love what they do and it really shows."
