"I booked an appointment for shellac hands. I've had this a few times here over a few years. Had one in January and a bit disappointed as one of the nail colours completely peeled off after 3 days. Thought it was a one off so booked again. Was offered "builders shellac" which I went with. The "buffing" of my nails was brutal and quite painful. However, colour was lovely and pleased with the end result. About 4 days later, while on holiday, nails started peeling (not just the colour). Granted, my nails weren't in 100% condition but goodness me, they're now ruined for god knows how long. I certainly won't be back for shellac/gel nails. BTW, have had massages and lash treatments here before and these have been fine. Maybe some refresher training is needed for shellac?"
"I was bought a Groupon deal for my birthday what was for an hour long massage & facial.. I couldn't attend the appointment due to my children having covid.. The staff at bee beautiful were far from helpful and just point blank refused to change my booking to a different date, they even stopped replying to my text messages, very unprofessional. I was really looking forward to this treatment as I never treat myself, I'm a busy mother of 2 and work full time for the NHS. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend."
