"Absolutely disgraceful treatment by this place. We were meant to stay in the Grosvenor suites but unfortunate could not make the trip because of a sudden death in my family and they are refusing a refund , a partial refund or even a voucher and marked us as a “no show” even though we gave them a courtesy call apologizing to let them know we would not make it. Two phone calls fobbing us off and two emails later and still no response from them. I was extremely patient on the phone and explained a second time that we had a very sudden death in our family and the response on the phone was “ our cancellation policies are very strict” heartless!"

"I was really happy with our stay at the hotel. The room we had was actually huge and the ceiling was so high, the room felt even bigger. Definitely signs of wear and tear and patches of paint in places but overall a very pleasant room. We had a nice view of the street. The only con was TV not working properly and we had to actually hang the modem on the monitor for it to catch signal. Breakfast was lovely. The members of staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a very short distance from the city centre."

"Spacious room for two people, great view and large and clean bathroom. The breakfast was self service and I must say that there was a wide choice: from sweet to savory and many types of drinks. Very nice and helpful staff and the location of the hotel is one of the best because there are many nice places to go to and it is also 5 minutes walk from the city center."

"Receptionist who met us was great. I thought I had lost my wallet and.after unpacking my case a few time I found it. Was partners birthday and when I mentioned this we were given access to our room 2 hours early and give a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. Unfortunately the hotel was tired and the beds not the best. All staff were friendly and the food was good."

"We stayed here for couple of nights and loved it. The rooms were large (due to the tall ceilings) and the beds were comfortable. We booked through booking.com for a room without breakfast included. However upon arrival, the staff said that they are currently providing complimentary breakfast for everyone who is staying at the hotel. That was really nice of them. So do call them up and check if they have any such promotions running!"
