"Used to love popping into Boots at the Gyle Edinburgh, however, I was deeply disappointed last week to find out there are no manned tills anymore . Queues of people waiting to do the job an employee should be doing at a self service machines. So sterile and soulless. I will be shopping at Superdrug from now on where I can have some proper human interaction and not have to behave like an unpaid Boots employee."
