"It has been delightful dealing with Stuart Lisk and his colleagues at String Sports. As a result of developing tennis elbow, I was looking to change my tennis racquet and contacted String Sports about testing some of their demo racquets. There are several companies in the UK that offer demo racquets, but String Sports seems to be the only one that sends dedicated demo racquets rather than new ones and, consequently, you do not fear that you will have to buy a demo racquet if you accidentally scratch it. Stuart discussed my situation and gave me advice in respect of suitable racquets. I opted for three racquets and they were posted to me when they became available. The postal fees were paid by String Sports. I tried the racquets and even asked to keep some for longer if they were available; I was allowed to do so. At the end, I returned the demo racquets with pre-paid labels provided by String Sports and then purchased one of them (a brand new Wilson one). It was Christmas time and there were some good offers around, but Stuart matched the best one. As the result of the excellent service I had received, I recommended String Sports to one of my friends who was also looking to buy a new racquet. He followed my advice and contacted Stuart. Stuart matched the best price for his Babolat racquet as well. As there was a short delay in getting the particular racquet my friend opted for, Stuart sent him a demo racquet free of charge to use while waiting for his new racquet. The service my friend and I have received from Stuart Lisk and String Sports is exemplary and I would definitely recommend them."
