"I had 3pairs of leggings,2were same maker but clearly I stated shop assistand they were 2different size. I bought before online and my usual size did not fit me. Anyway what I've heard next,while I was inside of changing roo. Manager came up to her and started saying about people taking same items is red flags etc. Seriously?! I always tried in another shops like this as all we know some items runs small but I never been accused of anything. Manager knew I was in! I always bought stuff from jd sports,since now I think I will be avoiding them!poor staff all I could say. Never had any problems in Hamilton JD."
"My son like JD, good location kind of in the middle of silverburn. Staff good but went to return an item was delivered in wrong size, they refused to return and told me to speak to customer service. Now I am reluctant to order anything from JD online, as who got time to wait long on calls"
